We, SUSTech_Shenzhen 2020 iGEM team, were responsible for most of the parts of this project on our own, including idea implementation, project design, and experiment conduction. All the data presented here were measured, collected, and analyzed by team members of SUSTech_Shenzhen 2020. All the figures and diagrams post on the wiki was made by our team members. All the parts, plasmids, modeling, human practice, visual design, and wiki pages design were accomplished by team members. We worked together to overcome all of the dilemmas and special acknowledgments were given to our primary PI Dr. Hongda Huang, secondary PI Dr. Xunwen Chen, Dr. Liang Yang, as well as Mr. Shengchun Wu. They kindly guided us to implement the project ideas and optimize the design of the experiment integrated with human practices throughout the iGEM competition.
